5.4 If a withdrawal is requested while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on your account, the withdrawal may be held until those requirements are met, or the bonus balance may be forfeited at your election to proceed with the withdrawal.
5.5 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings. Requests below the minimum or above the maximum for a single transaction will not be processed.

6.3 Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance. 11.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms – including fraud, multi-accounting or bonus abuse – pk4444 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Any balance subsequently confirmed as legitimately earned will be returned after deduction of applicable costs.
11.4 You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any pending withdrawal requests should be completed and any active bonus wagering requirements resolved. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
